Robot Party Time!
The completed Robot Cake

I just posted a tutorial on how to make the Robot Cake.

You'd definitely give Paula Dean a run for her money. Probably use a ton less butter in your recipes too. ;)

Note: Fondant is less "stretchy" if it's cold.

Recommendation for next time:
Cut desired shapes on waxed paper.
Stick in freezer for a minute.
Peel shapes off waxed paper and apply to cake.

If this doesn't fix it, your fondant has too much water in it.
